LBJTMC ARPA PROJECT REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS & INVITATION FOR BIDS
Request For Proposal (RFP) for New 40 Bed Hospital
The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to solicit proposals for the purposes of entering into a contract through competitive negotiations for the professional services of an Architectural / Engineering Firm, with experience in the Design of Major Hospitals and Medical Centers. The A/E is responsible for the professional quality, technical accuracy, and coordination of all designs, drawings, specifications, cost estimates, needed studies (EA, EIA) other work or materials furnished, and other contracted services including those prepared by his consultants for a new fully functional 40-bed hospital (New 40 Bed Hospital).
May 8th, 2022 – RFP Addendum No. 1. Due to requests from Firms to extend the receipt of the proposal due date, LBJ Tropical Medical Center is obliged to inform your Firm that we will defer the proposal due date for the Request for Proposal (RFP) for the New 40 Bed hospital Architectural and Engineering Services (A/E) Reference No: 011-2022 from May 20, 2022, to June 21, 2022. All other requirements remain the same.

June 1, 2022 – RFP Addendum No. 2. RFP for New 40 Bed Hospital Submittal Requirements
Interested firms shall submit their proposals electronically via email as an: attachment or downloadable link with the delivery of fifteen (15) printed copies, in 8 1/2 x 11″ format, of their response in binders (pages must lay flat) in accordance with this RFP. 11″ x 17″ pages may be used as long as they are folded to 8 1/2″ x 11″.

Invitation For Bids (IFB) for Intensive Care Unit (ICU)/MIS Expansion
Sealed bids are solicited for ICU/MIS Expansion for LBJ Tropical Medical Center in Fagaalu Territory of American Samoa. The project is composed of one (1) bid package. Work shall include general construction, site work, concrete work, and fine finishing. Bidding documents (CD) which include plans and specifications may be examined at LBJ Tropical Medical Center, in the Village of Fagaalu, or maybe obtained upon payment of a non-refundable deposit of five hundred dollars ($500.00) in U.S. currency or by check made payable to LBJ Tropical Medical Center. All other requirements remain the same. All other requirements remain the same.
